I had a problem with a bus I couldn't take because the ticket wasn't very clear and the bus didn't arrive on time either. I had to ask to a bus who looks similar in which they didn't speak English and ...
I had a problem with a bus I couldn't take because the ticket wasn't very clear and the bus didn't arrive on time either. I had to ask to a bus who looks similar in which they didn't speak English and they told me. Time was at 14:30 instead of 1:00pm, anyway at 1pm the bus wasn't there. So thinking I had time I went for a walk just to receive a call from a Ukrainian number, people there just spoke in Ukrainian. I thought the bus arrive but when I arrive to the station the bus was gone.
I tried to asked for a refund but they deny it
