The carrier organized just an "unforgettable" trip from Lviv to Warsaw.
After Lublin, the bus stopped at a gas station on the highway, the duration of the stop was not announced. We left the bus salon to WC. However, the drivers decided that it was not their responsibility to check that all passengers had returned to their seats and bring them to their destination. So we were left in the middle of nowhere, all our belongings and documents remained in the bus cabin.
While trying to call the carrier's support service - no answer, driver's number - not available. We managed to call the other driver of this company, who gave us the "owner" number. However, the contact we received did not help us much, because we heard from him "Why are you calling me at all, I'm staying at home now. How did you get the number. No one will come back for you." More than half an hour after the bus left, we received a call back from the customer support, confirming that we had to get to our destination on our own, and that "the situation is ambiguous, you stick to your truth and we have ours".
As the result, when we went on our own to Warsaw and collected our belongings, asking drivers how they asses their "service", we received the answer that it's OK, and WE are the one to blame. On request to introduce themselves, there was a threat that if they say their names and surnames, we would owe them extra payment.
Due to such actions from carrier side we were out of time to get to our flight which collided with the arrival of the bus. But seems like all the employees of RB Polska are indifferent to that fact.
That's all, make your own conclusions about the carrier and attitude to their customers.
