Le ha dicho que yo llegaba enseguida dado el proceso prehistórico de imprimir el billete. El conductor se ha comportado de forma muy grosera diciendo que no esperaba y que me esperara al siguiente. 1 minuto!!! Más tiempo del que estoy tardando en redactar esta queja. Ruego a la dirección de la empresa controle a estos personajes de los cuales dependemos los viajeros.

In Andorra, I was waiting for 10 minutes in front of the office because they were talking to each other in the other room, without caring too much for the customers. There was a lady with glasses smoking to the side, and she saw us waiting at the desk, but when she entered inside, she went to talk with other colleagues. When one of the customers waiting in line in front of the office knocked on the window, a gentleman came over, chewing gum, looking very bored, and seemed disturbed by our knocking and asking for assistance. Overall, all the employees had a very bad attitude, not smiling or being friendly at all.

Luego, estuvimos esperando 20 min y como no pasaba por la parada que dijimos, llamé y me dicen que los tickets de mis padres habían sido utilizados el dia anterior, situación IMPOSIBLE, ya que ellos aún no marchaban. ERROR DOBLE, mala fecha asignada y el chofer pasó los tickets de mis padres el día anterior como "utilizados", cosa que no entiendo porque si hay un accidente, supongo que ellos habrían contado como "desaparecidos", no?
