Just traveled on an ALSA premium coach for 5 hours from Madrid to San Sebastian. The attendant, Ms Monserrat deserves special mention for her cheerful service during the trip, working from a tiny counter opposite the toilets where she made the coffees and repeatedly climbed up and down 3 steep steps to reach the underfloor fridge to boxes of soft and sandwiches and then individually deliver them to the 50 + passengers, all the while moving around the substitute driver who spent some time at the counter making his own coffees and talking on his mobile and making her job harder. In a full, swaying bus traveling at the mandatory 100kms per hour, it was a stellar performance which made airline hosting look easy. She deserves a bonus or a raise.

I booked two on line tickets with you for Sunday 28/10/18 for the Bilbao to San Sebastian bus at 08:45am and although the website said the tickets would be sent to me by email, I'm still waiting for them. I leave for the airport in 2 hours time to travel to Bilbao. Could you please send them to my email address as soon as possible.

Went from Europa Av to Villa Joyousa yesterday. While waiting at Europa Av I was chatting to a Dutchman who's bus was about 30 minutes late in arriving. He told me that ALSA never run on time. Anywa ...
Went from Europa Av to Villa Joyousa yesterday. While waiting at Europa Av I was chatting to a Dutchman who's bus was about 30 minutes late in arriving. He told me that ALSA never run on time. Anyway got our bus to Villa Joyous about on time so so far all OK. Coming back now ! Got to VJ bus stop about 3.45 pm and waited - no ALSA return bus from V J at 4.15 pm ( it never came ) on time, so waited until about 5.0 pm then gave up and went to catch a train back to Benidorm. Do not bank on any ALSA buses coming on time - Is it a Spanish thing or just poor ALSA service
