I had the most horrifying experience with Prenskale bus agency. The driver was completely reckless, constantly distracted by his mobile phone while driving. It was terrifying to watch him pay more attention to his screen than the road! If that wasn't enough, he lost his temper towards the end of the journey and started shouting at the passengers for no apparent reason. The bus itself was in terrible condition, old and clearly poorly maintained. It felt unsafe and uncomfortable the entire trip. I would not recommend Prenskale to anyone. Stay away for your own safety!
