This is the worst company. I booked a bus from Atacama to La Paz, but the bus didn't come and I had to change all my plans. As a result, I had to pay about $120 for hotel and other transportation in a ...
This is the worst company. I booked a bus from Atacama to La Paz, but the bus didn't come and I had to change all my plans. As a result, I had to pay about $120 for hotel and other transportation in addition to the $35 bus fare. Even though I submitted GPS log data to Ticket Bolivia that showed I arrived at the bus stop before the scheduled time and was waiting for the bus, they did not respond at all, including refunding me. This is the worst company that does not consider the inconvenience of its users at all.
